Windsor, Ontario, Canada-based Jamieson Laboratories has acquired Toronto, Canada-based ProMedis, a company specializing in weight management and bariatrics. The hallmarks of the ProMedis family are peptide and protein formulas that address obesity. These products are sold to weight management and diet clinics in Canada and the U.S. This is the first acquisition for Jamieson Laboratories.
